Moroni Ultrasuoni produces high-productivity, agile, and fast automatic ultrasonic systems with robot integration. These systems are easy to program and can be used for multistage setups, allowing for up to 7 cycles for different washing processes. The washing cycle settings can be easily stored by the operator using the self-learning system. The robot repeats the path that is manually programmed during the first run, and at each change of direction, a timed pause can be inserted.
Among the other features of Moroni Ultrasuoni’s automatic robot systems are:
- four levels of speed for each movement;
- control through a microprocessor of acceleration and deceleration ramps for safe operation without shocks and vibrations;
- 32 input / output for external items control (baths, lids, trays, etc.);
- direct current motors with torque limiters and clutches for possible errors;
- data transmission through photocell;
- Certifications: 626/94 (Security); 89/336 / EEC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).

- degreasing in preparation for subsequent machining, painting, galvanizing, vacuum metallization, hardening treatments, etc.).
